Description

Test whether the requested stakeholder is listed and return its flag, or false when absent.

Consent, disclosure, duties and exceptions can be represented as records and flags. A consistency check describes those representations; it cannot independently establish valid consent, a justified exception or satisfaction of a real obligation.

Test whether the requested stakeholder is listed and return its flag, or false when absent.

When to use this tool

Use Stakeholder Option Access Flag when you need a literal ethical-policy record or eligibility diagnostic.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter stakeholders, accessible, requestedStakeholder. Keep parallel arrays aligned. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read listed, access. Inspect listed, access before interpreting the associated values.

Require aligned unique stakeholder IDs/access flags. Test whether the requested stakeholder is listed and return its flag, or false when absent.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • False access may be an actual recorded value or an absence placeholder; inspect listed. No accessibility assessment, legal right or fair participation is independently verified.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review source evidence, applicable rules and affected people's choices through the appropriate process. Authenticate permissions and evaluate substantive reasons separately from token membership and boolean flags.
