Description
Record a stakeholder's supplied benefit and burden labels.
Ethics records describe supplied claims, roles, obligations, consent status and participation counts. Recording a permission modality or competing role does not resolve a duty conflict, establish valid consent or determine an ethically acceptable decision. Numerical balance and equal turn counts are limited summaries.
Record a stakeholder's supplied benefit and burden labels.

- The tool does not value impacts, establish stakeholder interests or determine whether a decision is ethically acceptable.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
