Record a pair of roles associated with a stated duty conflict.
Ethics records describe supplied claims, roles, obligations, consent status and participation counts. Recording a permission modality or competing role does not resolve a duty conflict, establish valid consent or determine an ethically acceptable decision. Numerical balance and equal turn counts are limited summaries.

How to use the tool and how it works

Require nonempty person-record ID and two role labels. Encode the ordered triple as JSON text.1

- Two roles do not by themselves establish a duty conflict; no interests, authority, recusal requirement or ethical conclusion is determined.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
