Marks To Final Recall Ratio Math
Aggregate actual judge recall ballots and final-slot cutoff with unresolved boundary ties explicitly retained; not classification recall metric, inventing adjudication tiebreaks, skating-system rank or official results.
Description
Recall ballots need an explicit cutoff tie group.
Recall ballots need an explicit cutoff tie group. A tied group larger than remaining slots cannot be selected unambiguously.1
Enter unique nonempty competitor IDs, an aligned nonempty binary competitor-by-judge matrix and integer final slots 1–competitorCount. Return marks/fractions, above/tied IDs, cutoff and reserved slots. Add tied IDs to definite selections only if their group exactly fills remaining slots.
When to use Marks To Final Recall Ratio Math
Use Marks To Final Recall Ratio Math when you need to evaluate the supplied records under the calculation and evidence rules below. No tiebreak, skating-system rank or official results are invented.
Prepare the annotated dance, timing, rehearsal or inventory records requested. Supply caller rules, evidence flags and local reference values; distinguish beats, bars, counts and seconds.
How to use Marks To Final Recall Ratio Math and understand its results
- Prepare the annotated dance, timing, rehearsal or inventory records requested. Supply caller rules, evidence flags and local reference values; distinguish beats, bars, counts and seconds.
- Enter callerCompetitorIds, observedJudgeRecallFlags, callerFinalRecallSlots using the field table and calculation rules, then run the tool.
- Read recallMarksByCompetitor, recallMarkFractions, strictlyAboveCutoffCompetitorIds, cutoffTiedCompetitorIds, unambiguouslySelectedCompetitorIds, cutoffMarks, slotsReservedForCutoffGroup. The explanation below defines the units, signs, ordering and any flags or placeholder values.
- If the tool reports an input issue, correct the values and run it again. Apply the stated assumptions when interpreting a successfully returned result.
| Input field | Meaning | Value type; see rules below | Requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| callerCompetitorIds | Caller competitor ids | list of string | Required |
| observedJudgeRecallFlags | Observed judge recall flags | list of list of number | Required |
| callerFinalRecallSlots | Caller final recall slots | number | Required |

cutoff=Nth largest mark total; reservedSlots=slots−strictlyAboveCount Units, indexing, boundary conditions and exceptional cases are defined in the calculation rules above.

} Limitations and assumptions
No tiebreak, skating-system rank or official results are invented.
Numeric inputs, where present, must be finite. Follow the calculation-specific rules for overflow, underflow and exceptional cases. Matrices are limited to 128 rows and 128 entries per row. Numeric lists are limited to 10,000 entries; string lists to 128 strings of at most 128 characters each. The rules above may impose smaller limits. Missing required fields, extra fields, wrong value types and violations of the calculation rules are input errors.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use Swiss Tournament Round Count log₂(n): A doubling-capacity estimate provides a simple Swiss-round planning heuristic. Actual pairing and tie resolution depend on tournament rules. For a complementary task, use Bridge HCP High Card Points: Bridge high-card points value honors in a 13-card hand. Suit shape is a separate useful description.
