Description

Allocate supplied role credit equally among sharers.

Source support, credit and authorization are different concepts. Supplied flags and vocabularies can support record bookkeeping but cannot independently establish consent, cultural authority, equitable credit or legal reuse rights.

Allocate supplied role credit equally among sharers.

When to use this tool

Use Cultural Credit Shared Role Fraction when checking one explicitly supplied support, permission or credit convention.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter roleWeights, peopleSharing. Keep parallel arrays aligned. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read individualCredit. Use the output convention below.

Allocate supplied role credit equally among sharers. Require aligned nonnegative roleWeights and positive peopleSharing; individualCredit sums roleWeight/peopleSharing.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • Sharing counts may be fractional weights; the arithmetic does not establish authorship, compensation or rights.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
