The resulting total seam length returned as a number.

• Flooring quantities depend on room geometry, pattern, plank or roll dimensions, seam placement, substrate condition, moisture, acclimation, transitions, and manufacturer expansion requirements. A percentage allowance cannot replace a layout plan.
• Use finite inputs in the displayed units and preserve more precision than the final presentation requires. Independently verify safety-critical, financial, compliance, or production decisions.

Verify dimensions on site, use current product data and local code requirements, include an explicit waste or safety allowance where appropriate, and obtain qualified structural, electrical, plumbing, or geotechnical review when required.

• Drywall Tape Length

  Estimate drywall joint tape from measured seam length plus an allowance for waste.

• Block Coursing Count

  Number of complete block courses that fit a wall height at the specified block-plus-bed-joint course height.

• Blocks Per Wall

  Round up block count from net wall face area and the installed module face area including mortar joints.
