Randomization Stratum Index Tool

Locate an explicit stratum tuple in a caller-supplied ordered list; no randomization is performed.

Description

Look up a serialized factor tuple in supplied strata.

Allocation bookkeeping distinguishes arm counts, indexing and vocabulary matches from generation of a concealed random sequence. Floored targets can leave unassigned remainders, and a local balance score does not establish that an allocation method protects a trial from selection bias.

Look up a serialized factor tuple in supplied strata.

When to use this tool

Use Randomization Stratum Index when checking the stated clinical-research record, allocation, timing, analysis or evidence-basis convention.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter levels, suppliedStrata. Keep parallel arrays aligned. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read found, index, key. Inspect found before interpreting the associated values.

Look up a serialized factor tuple in supplied strata. Require unique suppliedStrata; key = JSON.stringify(levels), found checks literal membership and index is zero-based or -1 when absent.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • The stratum list must contain the exact serialization; no factor normalization, appropriate design or random allocation is established.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Use the complete approved protocol, authenticated source records and qualified clinical/statistical oversight for actual trial design, conduct and interpretation.
