Description
Link a recorded claim to an explicit citation identifier.
Clinical movement and practice records distinguish coordinate references, recorded observations, fees and supplied assessment labels. A reference-minus-camera angle differs from an angle wrap, and a right-minus-left coordinate difference is only geometry. Local measures do not diagnose a condition or determine appropriate care.
Link a recorded claim to an explicit citation identifier.
When to use this tool
Use Chiropractic Evidence Citation ID when you already have claimId, citationId, edition and need to link a recorded claim to an explicit citation identifier.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter claimId, citationId, edition. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read token. Use the output convention below.
Enter claimId, citationId, edition using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in token. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| claimId | Claim Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| citationId | Citation Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| edition | Edition | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |

| token | Token | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |

} Limitations and assumptions
- The result records supplied values without retrieving or evaluating the evidence. Sources and asserted relationships are not independently authenticated.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Review the original clinical and measurement records with verified calibration and the complete assessment. Use professional clinical judgment for care questions and actual billing terms for account questions; local coordinate or fee arithmetic does not supply either determination.
