Description
Label a supplied task's recorded prompt count.
Developmental records distinguish calendar age, supplied age corrections, observation states, assent and privacy choices. A corrected age can be negative under supplied assumptions, and a missing response differs from an observed zero. A display mask changes presentation without protecting the underlying record.
Label a supplied task's recorded prompt count.
When to use this tool
Use Child Task Prompt Count Label when you already have taskId, promptCount and need to label a supplied task's recorded prompt count.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter taskId, promptCount. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read label. Use the output convention below.
Require taskId nonempty and promptCount a nonnegative safe integer; append the count.1
| Input field | Meaning and units | Accepted input |
|---|---|---|
| taskId | Task Id | Required. Text; minimum UTF-16 length 1; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
| promptCount | Prompt Count | Required. Safe integer; minimum 0. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |
|---|---|---|
| label | Label | Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192. |
{
"input": {
"taskId": "T17",
"promptCount": 3
},
"output": {
"label": "T17; recorded prompts=3"
}
} Limitations and assumptions
- No prompts are observed or delivered. Counts do not establish learning, independence, developmental ability or appropriate support.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
Alternative or Complementary methods
Use the complete observation or assessment method, age convention and consent context. Review source records and data protection together; local counts, labels and geometric measurements do not establish development, diagnosis or appropriate support.
