Child Language Utterance Speaker Tag

Encode an explicit utterance/speaker/role annotation without identifying speakers or evaluating language.

Description

Encode an explicit utterance/speaker/role annotation.

Developmental records distinguish calendar age, supplied age corrections, observation states, assent and privacy choices. A corrected age can be negative under supplied assumptions, and a missing response differs from an observed zero. A display mask changes presentation without protecting the underlying record.

Encode an explicit utterance/speaker/role annotation.

When to use this tool

Use Child Language Utterance Speaker Tag when you already have utteranceId, speakerCode, reporterAssignedRole and need to encode an explicit utterance/speaker/role annotation.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter utteranceId, speakerCode, reporterAssignedRole. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read tag. Use the output convention below.

Enter utteranceId, speakerCode, reporterAssignedRole using the field constraints below. Encode these values, in exactly that order, as a JSON array and return the serialized array as text in tag. String values are preserved without trimming or external terminology lookup.1

Limitations and assumptions

  • The result records supplied values without identifying speakers or evaluating language. Sources and asserted relationships are not independently authenticated.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Use the complete observation or assessment method, age convention and consent context. Review source records and data protection together; local counts, labels and geometric measurements do not establish development, diagnosis or appropriate support.
