Description

Label a supplied approval limit with a three-uppercase-letter currency-like code.

Administrative records depend on policy dates, authorization scope, attendance denominators and accounting definitions. A calendar-date shift does not skip holidays, a quorum fraction is not a quorum decision, and a weighted voting fraction differs from economic ownership. Recorded signatory presence does not authenticate a signature or establish authority.

Label a supplied approval limit with a three-uppercase-letter currency-like code.

Limitations and assumptions

  • No ISO currency registry, monetary rounding, conversion, approval policy, legal authority or actual limit is verified.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Check controlled policies, meeting records, contracts and account definitions. Apply the complete applicable rules when actual approval, payment or governance matters; local version selection and arithmetic do not make those determinations.
