Description

JSON-quote the original pseudonym and append #number.

Source-scoped cultural and historical records preserve an edition, naming convention, or local identifier. Literal agreement is useful bookkeeping but does not establish interpretation, authenticity, or authority.

JSON-quote the original pseudonym and append #number.

When to use this tool

Use Field Note Speaker Pseudonym Token when you need a precise source-token or range consistency check.

Limitations and assumptions

  • This creates a scoped-looking label, not guaranteed anonymity, identity verification, consent, transcript accuracy, or a collision-proof global identifier.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods
