Fertilizer Grade NPK Token

Format explicit N-P2O5-K2O label percentages without converting nutrient bases or validating a product analysis.

Description

Format three supplied fertilizer-label percentage values as a grade token.

Agricultural chemical records distinguish wet-basis moisture, dilution direction, charge equivalents and supplied reporting bases. A fertilizer-grade token preserves reported percentages without converting elemental and oxide conventions or validating composition. Retest-date gaps and lot labels do not establish product safety or authorized use.

Format three supplied fertilizer-label percentage values as a grade token.

When to use this tool

Use Fertilizer Grade NPK Token when you already have nitrogenPercent, phosphateLabelPercent, potashLabelPercent and need to format three supplied fertilizer-label percentage values as a grade token.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter nitrogenPercent, phosphateLabelPercent, potashLabelPercent. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read gradeText. Use the output convention below.

Require each nitrogen/phosphate/potash label percentage individually in [0,100]; join their numeric spellings with hyphens.1

Input fieldMeaning and unitsAccepted input
nitrogenPercentNitrogen PercentRequired. Finite number; minimum 0; maximum 100.
phosphateLabelPercentPhosphate Label PercentRequired. Finite number; minimum 0; maximum 100.
potashLabelPercentPotash Label PercentRequired. Finite number; minimum 0; maximum 100.
Output fieldInterpretationReturned shape
gradeTextEach supplied label percentage joined with hyphens; no sum constraint, product validation or elemental/oxide conversion.Required. Text; maximum UTF-16 length 8192.

Limitations and assumptions

  • No combined-sum check or elemental/oxide conversion is performed. Reporting bases and product label are supplied; this does not verify a valid grade, composition, registration or suitable application.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Review original laboratory, product, sample and controlled-label records with the complete appropriate assessment. Verify units and reporting bases before applying local factors; these tools do not select chemicals, preparation procedures or application amounts.
