Description
Return opening+received-transferred-retired.
Agricultural claim records combine declared areas, exclusions, duplicate units and supporting-evidence flags. Avoiding double counting requires the correct intersection or exclusion overlap. A reconciled area/count or verified-token share is bookkeeping rather than legal validation of a claim.
Return opening+received-transferred-retired.

} Limitations and assumptions
- This is a supplied entitlement-unit balance, not registration, ownership or transfer-authority verification.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
