Description

Calculate supplied market-stall daily margin.

Agribusiness accounts distinguish packages, deposits, commissions, fixed fees, moisture-normalized mass and signed credits. Minimum charges can apply at zero use, while a return-credit fee can exceed gross credit. Supplied contract terms and unit definitions do not verify transactions or legal entitlement.

Calculate supplied market-stall daily margin.

When to use this tool

Use Market Stall Day Margin when you already have salesRevenue, goodsCost, stallFee, otherDailyCost and need to calculate supplied market-stall daily margin.

How to use the tool and how it works

  1. Enter salesRevenue, goodsCost, stallFee, otherDailyCost. Use the units and conventions below.
  2. Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
  3. Read dailyMargin. Use the output convention below.

Limitations and assumptions

  • Margin can be negative and is an amount rather than a percentage. This uses supplied cost coverage, excluding unsupplied taxes and costs, and does not verify profit or lawful sales.
  • Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
  • Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.

Alternative or Complementary methods

Check original orders, invoices, weighing records and agreements. Use complete contractual, accounting and appropriate financial assessment when local package counts, settlement balances or price adjustments cannot establish an actual obligation.
