Description
Charge only newly deposited issues, credit all returns and report the signed difference.
Agribusiness records use explicit price bases, commissions, returns, minimum charges, credits and tax assumptions. A supplied arithmetic rule can reconcile a scenario while actual acceptance, contractual rights and legal liability require the governing agreement. Signed residual balances can be useful evidence of overpayment or inconsistent inputs.
Charge only newly deposited issues, credit all returns and report the signed difference.
When to use this tool
Use Crate Deposit Reuse Credit when checking the stated caller-defined price, fee, return or settlement convention.
How to use the tool and how it works
- Enter issued, returned, reusedWithoutNewDeposit, depositEach. Use the units and conventions below.
- Run the tool. Correct any format, range, or cross-field input error before interpreting the output.
- Read charged, credited, balance. Use the output convention below.
Require whole issued/returned>=0, reusedWithoutNewDeposit within issued and nonnegative depositEach. Charge only newly deposited issues, credit all returns and report the signed difference.1

| returned | Nonnegative whole returns; not constrained to be no larger than current issued count. | Required. Safe integer; minimum 0. |
| reusedWithoutNewDeposit | Reused Without New Deposit | Required. Safe integer; minimum 0. |
| depositEach | Deposit Each | Required. Finite number; minimum 0. |
| Output field | Interpretation | Returned shape |

} Limitations and assumptions
- Returned count is not bounded by issued in this record; negative balances can represent a credit, not proof of a valid refund claim.
- Inputs must satisfy both the field types and the cross-field conditions above. Invalid input causes an error; a successful false flag or documented placeholder is a different result.
- Numeric calculations use binary floating point unless exact decimal-integer arithmetic is explicitly stated. No hidden measurement tolerance or decimal rounding is added; nonfinite or out-of-contract results are rejected. Numeric signed-zero results are exported as zero.
